A tasteful amalgamation of diverse woods and resin were combined to produced this piece of wall art. The reverse side features a hanger to place atop your wall or you can opt to use your own stand to rest in a cradle on your counter top. The foundation of this piece was crafted from a slab of Mediterranean Olivewood. Using my laser, I used a piece a maple to cut the outline of the larger whale, added the resin top and then used a swath of walnut to delicately engrave the baby whale below.

Each one of my pieces are one-of-a-kind and created locally here in Sarasota. All my items are made with food-safe epoxy, mica and oil finishes. Due to this being a piece of handmade art, some natural imperfections may occur. All my items are considered a final sale.
