Shipping policy

Please note:  Credit Card Fraud filters require that you have your shipping address on file with your credit card company for it to be accepted on our site for shipping. You may do this by calling your card company to put the address on file.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii, APO/FPO typically do not qualify for free shipping. If the item can be shipped without excess expense it will be shipped at no charge. If free shipping proves to be cost prohibitive you will be contacted with the actual cost at which point you can make a determination of your willingness to pay the difference. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however it is necessary to keep prices competitive.

We ship within the Continental United States only.   All items are handmade and typically will ship within two business days.  Epoxy art may take up to 10 days due to cure time.  Estimated ship times will be provided during estimates.  We ship using USPS, and UPS Ground. Delivery times vary by carrier. Tracking numbers are supplied to all customers when the item is shipped to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
