PRIVACY

We do not ever share or sell your information, email, address, phone or otherwise! No information is stored, unless you request a user name and password for ease of future ordering. That information is for your own use only and is not required to purchase from our site. We use a certified credit card processor that is up to date on all credit card compliance with safety and security. We do not store or keep any records of credit card information at our location, so your information is always safe with our company.

PAYMENTS

Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal Payments through the ordering portal only. We cannot take credit cards over the phone.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note:  Credit Card Fraud filters require that you have your shipping address on file with your credit card company for it to be accepted on our site for shipping. You may do this by calling your card company to put the address on file.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii, APO/FPO do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is within the United States only.   All items are handmade and certain art requires cure times which can delay ship times up to 10 days.  You will be quoted a ship time for all custom work.  We ship using USPS, and UPS Ground. Delivery times vary by carrier. Tracking numbers are supplied to all customers when the item is shipped to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

SALES TAX

Gulf Coast Custom collects sales tax in Florida. Any states where sales tax is not collected, should be reported by the consumer per IRS sales tax collection laws.

RETURNS/DAMAGES

All of my items are handmade, unique, and one-of-a-kind.  Due to the nature of the items, they are considered a final sale. Items purchased on the website are non-refundable or returnable for any reason.  Please check all spelling and grammatical aspects prior to placing your order. No changes can be made after purchase since all items are considered custom.  

If an item arrives damaged, please hold on to all items included with the package including packaging materials, bubble wrap, and exterior box.  We will file a claim on your behalf and the carrier will pick up the complete item. Do not throw away any items unless instructed to do so before a claim is resolved.

NOT RETURNABLE

All laser engraved, resin, and wood art pieces are not returnable.

Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
